Our beautiful home is located in the peaceful Highland, UT. It has a pool, sports court, trampoline, beautiful kitchen, fully finished basement, 6 bedrooms, ping pong table, kids play room, gym, fire pit, and more. It is conveniently located close to a huge variety of shops, restaurants, Costco, etc. The home is nearby amazing hiking and biking trails, 5+ ski resorts, lakes and more. There are 3 golf courses within 10 minutes of the house as well as the beautiful American Fork canyon just minutes away. Moab, Bryce Canyon, and Zion national park are all within a few hours drive. With everything you’d need for a short or long-term stay, the house is situated on a large open property, with lots of privacy.

We are a family of 2 adults and 4 well-behaved children. We enjoy traveling together and have been to 37 countries. We speak fluent English and Spanish. We’re open to any length swaps, but mainly looking for an island or coastal area to live for 2-6 weeks in June/July 2025 when our kids are off of school. Kids were born in 2016, 2019, and 2021, 2024.
