Hospitality Description: This is a lower level unit available for guests or short term rental. It is a semi basement with large windows so it does get a lot of natural light. It has a small kitchenette with microwave and fridge and guests can use the full kitchen in the main home upstairs. Full private bathroom and TV with internet, Netflix, Prime, etc. We could add a single mattress is needed to be put in the floor. Our family of 3 plus 2 friendly dogs live in the house upstairs.
