One bedroom apartment with sensational opera house views from the bedroom and living room of the beautiful city of Sydney. We do have a parking spot in the building for you . Fully furnished with 24 champagne glasses to enjoy the fireworks and drink in this fantastic city. 1 queen bed and a sofa settee so easily holds 4 people with ease. 1 bathroom with a shower and bath - great pressure in shower We are in the Highgate Building -a fantastic gym sauna and swimming pool and spa at your fingertips plus 24 hour concierge and a well stocked library on the 25 the floor . We are on floor 15 8 minute walk to Wynyard station 5 minute walk to bangaroo 15 minute walk to the opera house 5 minute walk to the Rocks Can not tell you how many pubs cafes and eateries are at your fingertips.

The Space

1 queen bed in the bedroom with ample storage - also had a view to the opera house. The sofa in lounge is also a convertible bed if 3-4 guests are staying Dining table for 6 Fully equiped kitchen and laundry with washing machine and dryer. 1 bathroom only with a bath and separate shower with strong pressure

We are on floor 15 There are 4 lifts so always availability 24 hour concierge who are brilliant and offer great service

We are in Sydney If coming from airport catch the train to Wynyard station and walk to Kent street Will take 10 minutes max. If driving we also gave parking available
