General overview

Our home on Moreton Bay is a 3 level Mediterranean right on the water. It's called Sol Y Mar. Sun and Sea. Sleeps 6 3 bedrooms plus a guest room/office. Amazing patios and views. Train from Cleveland to everywhere. Restraurants and shopping close by

The space

Large gourmet kitchen, walking pantry. Large lounge and dining area. Sicken sitting area with fireplace. Extremely large bedrooms and balconies.

Guest access

We are on 3 levels, 32 stairs. No wheelchair or side access. Must be able to walk stairs
