My house is called “Villa Relax” because of its particularly quiet location with views of the countryside and the mountains. It has a private garden and swimming pool, and the beach is less than 10 minutes away. No one lives next door, so it is ideal for relaxing or working remotely from anywhere in the world! Enjoy the sun and heat of Murcia where you can even swim in winter if you are not very cold. In the urbanization there is another huge “public” swimming pool and it has a very cheap restaurant where you can enjoy a good paella and sangria! In summer they usually have theme parties to entertain the neighbors where everyone is welcome. There are also events on important dates such as Christmas. It has a supermarket that opens every day of the week and another 24-hour supermarket at the gas station next door. There is an airport (Corvera) very close by with cheap flights to any part of Spain and Europe if you prefer to visit other places during your stay.

People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
