General Overview

Central place with 3 min walk on average to metro, tram, and buses. It takes around 10 min to the Central station but despite that, you can find some natural areas and parks nearby. The apartment is newly renovated including furniture, everything is fresh and clean. Supermarkets, restaurants, and gyms are also 3 min away (walk). Comfy bed and space for a couple plus 1 in the guest room/office.

The Space

Living room with dining table for 4 people, plus couch, TV, and access to a glassed balcony. Bedroom with a 200x180 bed and lots of space for clothes. Extra bedroom/office for work or guests. Standard corridor, bathroom (with laundry), and kitchen.

Guest Access

Third floor by stairs.

Notes

Available also a bike room, a laundry room, and an entrance garden that allows sitting in the grass. On top of that, it is central enough so you can use rental electric scooters if you wish.

Neighbourhood

Quite calm. Never heard a noise from my neighbors. The only bad side is that the metro is quite close so you would hear the rails at times. About 3 minutes away you find an old industrial area full of restaurants, bars, clubs plus Globen (concert area). But despite that, you don't get any noise from these venues.

Getting to my home

Anything goes, metro, tram, bus, car, bike. All the infrastructure is well prepared around here. Metro is recommended since it is close by.

Nearest airport

Arlanda Airport. The good thing is that even on late nights there will be transport to a nearby station. On weekends the transport is 24h but on weekdays the nightbuses to Gullmarsplan make traveling anytime easy.

Getting Around

Very close to anything you may need. Bars, cafés, restaurants and so on. It is just a matter of exploring.
