The Space

Quiet apartment, with a small outdoor area where you can relax in the pool, or enjoy a good barbecue. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, a toilet. The living room sofa also has a real mattress if you need an extra bed. Each bed has a quality mattress.

Guest Access

Ground floor apartment and quite atypical built around the courtyard. The swimming pool has no other security than the locks on the windows and access doors, we count on your vigilance.

Notes

We are located at the end of a dead end, a village atmosphere reigns with all our neighbors. We therefore ask you to respect the tranquility that inhabits the place.

Neighbourhood

We are in the heart of Belle de Mai, a very popular and booming neighborhood. The apartment is located near iconic cultural sites such as Friche de la Belle de Mai, Couvent Levat, Les 8 Pillards, l'embobineuse, etc. We will be happy to give you a more exhaustive list of places to go out :)

Getting to my home

The area is within walking distance of the city centre or the Gare Saint Charles (15-20 min), but is also very well served by buses, including a direct line that will take you directly to the foot of the Bonne Mère.

Nearest airport

The airport is accessible from the train station by shuttle in 30 minutes. A bus will take you from the apartment to the train station in less than 10 minutes.

Getting Around

We have several local shops, including a supermarket 2 minutes walk away which has all the necessities.
