General overview

Spacious period home built in the 1800s overlooking the sea and marina within walking distance of the beach. Excellent restaurants nearby and bus service loop between Buncrana and Derry

The space

The downstairs space consists of 2 large living/ sitting rooms. Dining room. Kitchen, utility room, cloak room and wet room. Upstairs has a master jack and Jill suite (2 bedrooms leading into the same ensuite), 1 ensuite double bedroom, 1 large bedroom not ensuite and a separate bathroom with jacuzzi. Outside the house there is 1 double ensuite bedroom. There are 2 gardens and a yard with a very large Summer room which is not attached to the house. The summer room is home to our cat madge and we grow tomatoes there in the Summer time. Lots of parking space.

Guest access

The property is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. There is no downstairs bedroom and there are steps leading from the sitting rooms hallway to the rest of the downstairs space.

We are an active retired couple. We travel without pets but anyone exchanging with us will need to look after our outdoor cat and water the plants if it's Summer. Looking to be close to golf courses and beach. Our home on the Wild Atlantic Way is on the beach in Donegal.
