General overview

Our newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in a central Auckland suburb. We are only 2 minutes from Eden Park Stadium, 10 minutes from the city centre and 10 minutes to lots of beaches and all Auckland has to offer. Also happy to swap cars if that is of interest 😊

The space

Large open living, dining and kitchen area with bi-fold doors opening out onto an undercover deck with seating area. Our back garden is a flat grass section which is under construction atm but due be finished by end of 2024. 3 bedrooms consist of Master with super king bed, ensuite and walk in closet, Guest bedroom with king size bed and child’s bedroom with single bed. We also have a cot set up in the guest bedroom but this can be removed if not needed for your stay.

Hope

Hello! Very new to home exchanging. We are a little family of soon to be 4, our little boy Ziggy is 2.5y and due our little girl November 2024. Both Caolann and I were born in Ireland but have been living in NZ for almost 7years and Australia for a few years before that. We have a newly renovated 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home in central Auckland, New Zealand. We love to travel and are keen to show our children the world 🌎
