Our home has just been beautifully renovated.  Most everything inside is new including the kitchen and bathrooms.  It has wonderful mountain views and experiences all 4 seasons.  It's close to a lot of fun outdoor activities including Hyrum Reservoir, a popular local destination for boating and swimming.  It's in a peaceful neighborhood with very little traffic and the neighbors are all our friends and great people.

Our family of 8 (including 2 young adults who sometimes travel with us) lives in northern Utah and we are interesting in road trips to places within a 300-800 mile radius, or places that an entire family can fly to affordably from Salt Lake City or Provo.  We have a furnished 3 bed 1.5 bath home in Hyrum Utah that we are willing to do various types of exchanges with.  It is currently being operated as a short- and mid-term rental.  We are an adventurous bunch and enjoy beautiful outdoor places as well as hiking, mountain biking, ATVs, dirt bikes, rafting, and more.  Looking to create more of those fun memories together by swapping houses.
