Hi PLU! We are a family of 4 in Phoenix, AZ... and completely NEW to the home exchange world. Our eldest child is headed to college next year and we plan to be traveling more than ever so I wanted to explore the possibility of traveling via exchange. Our home in North Central Phoenix is great for older kids and/or couples. It's a charming mid-century ranch that we completely gut-renovated in 2022. Our kitchen will be a big feature for any fellow home cooks -- we LOVE to cook and entertain and this kitchen has all the bells and whistles. We live three blocks off of a wonderful walking path and minutes from great restaurants and bars and 15 minutes from Downtown Phoenix. A great neighborhood with lots to do all nearby.
