Welcome to my apartment in what I believe to be the best neighborhood in Vienna, Neubau, agreed upon by my friends as well. I’ve decorated this place with love, inspired by my passion for the '70s, evident in the dominant orange tones. As a creative, you'll find a variety of interesting books, and please feel free to enjoy the vinyl and digital turntables as if they were your own if you get the musical urge.
The space
What You'll Love:
> Spacious living room with high ceilings and natural light in the morning.
> A cosy bedroom which feels like a cloud.
> Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, no washing dishes, more time to relax!
> A modern bathroom featuring a refreshing shower and a washing machine.
> A quiet atmosphere where you can also enjoy the tranquillity of the courtyard with its trees and park benches.
> Central and convenient, since the flat is located between Volkstheater (U2, U3) and Burggasse (U6).
> Surrounded by shops, cafes, and restaurants, everything you need is right at your doorstep.
Guest access
At the Parterre level, not at the rez-de-chaussée, with a small set of stairs and all windows overlooking the courtyard, making it extremely quiet.

Neighbourhood
Neubau, the 7th district of Vienna, is an eclectic mix of the old and new, making it a vibrant and exciting place to visit. Located just northwest of the city center, Neubau boasts a dynamic cultural scene, with art galleries, vintage stores, and modern eateries nestled amidst baroque buildings and narrow cobblestone streets.
Getting to my home
On foot, Vienna is, in my opinion, the safest city. Having lived in London and Paris, I enjoy walking home at any hour. Alternatively, you can take the bus or a taxi, including Uber or Bolt.
Nearest airport
Flughafen Wien AG is the only airport, 50 minutes door-to-door by public transport, and 25 minutes by taxi, costing around 30 euros.
Getting around
Everything is walkable; the historic center is 25 minutes on foot. Alternatively, there's a bus stop less than a minute away and the metro is under a 7-minute walk.

Hi, I’m Belinda, 31 years old. Originally from the 15th arrondissement of Paris, I’ve been living in Vienna for two years now. With no need to work from a fixed office anymore, I want to take advantage of my apartment’s fantastic location in Vienna’s vibrant 7th district. I’m looking to swap it to explore new, inspiring places and keep fueling my creativity every day.
