Our home is a recently renovated 3 bedroom, study, 2 bathroom. We have a very well equiped and modern kitchen, airconditioning in all rooms, hydronic heating and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We're just a minute walk to vibrant Union Rd that has cafes, bars, restaurants and mini supermarkets. There are parks and the beautiful Maribyrnong River close by. It's also a great base for exploring Melbourne as we're only 6kms from the city centre and close to both tram and train lines. Also happy to car swap

Renae

We are a family of 4 with two girls aged 10 & 13. As a half UK/Australian family, we travel to Europe every second year and in our off years enjoy travelling in Australia. Our family loves the water so we're ideally look for swaps in coastal locations or near rivers and lakes or even open to lovely country side if there's a pool. While new to houseswapping, we've let our home out as a short term rental on numerous occassions so know what it takes to ensure guests have a wonderful & comfortable stay as well as the importance of treating anyone elses home like we'd want ours treated.
