Welcoming, cozy apartment, on the 7th floor, with lots of big windows and natural light. Renewed 5 years ago, with a Scandinavian minimal decoration style. One guest bedroom available that can fit 2 people, with access to own bathroom with shower. Kitchen with all needed utilities, living room room with A/C and a dining room. The apartment is located only 15 minutes driving to the airport (6.5 km) and 15 min walking to the nearest metro station (Ameixoeira, yellow line). Only 20/25 min driving to the beach (Oeiras). There is a bus station right outside the apartment, with a bus there every 15 minutes an the surrounding area is very calm, safe and with outside free parking spots. Walking about 15/20 min away from the apartment you are in the Lumiar area, with many coffee places, restaurants and services.
