The space

There are two bedrooms with two en suite bathrooms in the home, and works well for a group of friends, two couples, small families with older children. Primary bedroom has a king bed. Secondary bedroom has 2 full size beds. Please note, we are not set up for littles ones, as much as we love small children, our home is best for those over the age of 10. Our home is clean, warm and inviting. We provide you with local amenities like Mālie Organics shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Air Conditioning in the upstairs primary bedroom. A fully stocked kitchen offers you the opportunity to cook, and extra freebies like beach chairs, body boards, umbrellas, beach towels, and a cooler to ensure you're all set for a day in the sand. The closets are stocked with extra towels, blankets and pillows. Roku tv’s to stream all your favorite channels in both bedrooms and the living room, Wifi, and charging ports for your devices in each room. Mix of current, mid century modern, and unique vintage furnishings that exude Hawaii at it's finest.

2 story split level condo, with access to a pool, hot tub, and a snorkeling beach during the calm summer months.

Notes

We are drawn to aesthetics and design. We are most interested in exchanges with traveling abroad, and within the states of New England, but are open to a swap of a home off the beaten path.

Neighbourhood

We are located in the resort town of Princeville, located on the Northshore of Kaua'i. Beautiful walking path outside, snorkeling during the summer at our private beach below. We have a pool, hot tub, and a small restaurant on property. We are a 10 minute drive to beautiful Hanalei Bay.

Getting to my home

The airport is in Lihue, and we are an hour north. You will need a rental car.

Aloha! My name is Kasey and I feel so fortunate to have called the island of Kaua'i home for the last 13 years. We moved here to raise our three children on this beautiful island, and now they are grown and flown.
