General Overview

We've put a lot of work into renovating and decorating this funky sanctuary. Spacious primary bedroom, office space, wood floors throughout, original stained glass windows, vintage furniture, a peloton, treadmill, renovated bathrooms with soaking tub, large backyard with fire-pit, grill, and a patio.

Our neighborhood, Highland Park, is great, safe, quiet, within blocks from parks, playgrounds, cafes, convenient stores, pubs, and restaurants. We're right on the busline and a quick and direct bike ride to Pitt, CMU, and Chatham also Google and Bakery Square and less than a mile from East Liberty which has some fantastic dining, public libraries, Target, Whole Foods, and shopping.

Our home is perfect for someone with kids! We have all the toys, trampolines, bikes, and games you could want! There is a school less than a block away and plenty of kids in the neighborhood to play with.
