General Overview

Our home feels like a house, as it has two storeys. From the private terrace the shared gated garden with playground is directly accessible, which makes it great for kids to run around while parents enjoy a coffee or drink on the terrace. The apartment is very spacious, with large bedrooms upstairs on the first floor and multiple bathrooms. All rooms feature art and souvenirs from my life abroad. There are several common rooms in the building, including a lovely gym and sauna. The entire building is very family friendly and we are lucky to have lovely neighbors.

The Space

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs on the first floor. One master bedroom with a king size bed, and two kids bedrooms, both with double beds. At the ground level there is the kitchen, living room with exit to the terrace and garden, and a seperate toilet.

Guest Access

While the ground floor is accessible by wheelchair, the first floor is not (staircase).

Neighbourhood

The neighborhood is modern and newly developed, yet in central Vienna. It's a residential area where the majority are families with kids (many international families due to proximity to the UN). There are lots of playgrounds, parks, supermarkets all within a few minutes walking distance. The metro is also in walking distance, as are busses and trams. 15 min approx to the city center.
