General Overview

Lovely spacious family home with 2 Spacious and 2 smaller bedrooms. 1x2pers bed, 1 bunk bed 2 x 1 bed. New bathroom with bath, rain shower and underfloor heating. We live on a football field with mega trampoline and playground. Free parking in the street. Close to the center (bicycles can be borrowed, 1 time electric) and the woods. Antwerp and Ghent nearby, as well as Rotterdam.

The Space

Nice family house, larger living room with separate playroom for children with their own sofa and desk in it. Spacious kitchen, large dining table and large sofa. 3 toilets in the house, spacious designer bathroom with bath and separate rain shower. Separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. In the attic 2 children's rooms with private toilet. Backyard with outdoor kitchen (makeshift though) and gsbbq.

3 floors access to everything (except the drawers with clothes etc but that seems logical to me)

Neighbourhood

Beautiful sweet city with the most pubs in the whole of the Netherlands. Many restaurants, close to the woods, always children around To play with in the neighborhood. Large trampoline bought together. Picnic tables on the field so that the children can play and you can enjoy the peace and sun with a cup of coffee.

Getting to my home

House easily accessible by public transport, free parking in front of the door.

Ilse

We are interested in houses in which families live or people who are happy to have young children (2 boys) in their house. The Netherlands Belgium Germany northern France is "always" possible, further away, requesting well in advance is useful. We are easygoing and hospitable ourselves and rely on trust in and from other people. We have often traded through another site as well. My boyfriend and sons are all allergic to cats and dogs, so unfortunately we cannot exchange with people who have these animals at home or would like to take them with them.
