General overview
You will be amazed by the breathtaking views from huge plate glass windows! Views from the large living room, views from the dining room, views from the kitchen. Quality furniture and persian carpets.
Our home is a spacious 3,500 sqft. Gourmet cook's kitchen filled with nearly every appliance and gadget to cook up a storm.
The lower level looks out to a landscaped garden with flowers and trees. We have a pool table for hours of entertainment. Also a treadmill, exercise bike, and even a ski machine.
Our neighborhood is one of Seattle's best: only 10 minutes to downtown and the waterfront. Yet it's serene, safe, and family-friendly. Several parks and playgrounds are nearby, including one with a beach! The neighborhood has its own retail area called "the village" with several restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies, banks, hardware store, and clothing stores.
Seattle is home to Microsoft, Amazon, Boeing, and Starbucks: an educated populace that loves the outdoors. Great hiking, biking, boating, and skiing. The city is famous for its excellent coffee shops and gourmet eats. A 15-mnute drive (to Ballard) takes you to more than 75 craft breweries and several winery tasting rooms. 40-minutes away are more than 100 wineries (Woodinville). Famous Pike Place Market is only 15 minutes away.
We are more than happy to recommend specific restaurants, breweries and wineries if there's interest.
We can also suggest many walks and hikes. You can rent a SUP on Lake Union or rent a canoe on the Montlake Cut. Mt. Rainier and the Cascade Mountains are not far away, and they hold TWO good ski resorts. So much to do in the area! We're also 3-hours from Vancouver, Canada.
The space
Huge 40-foot great room with living room and dining area. Large gourmet kitchen with island.
2 Queen-sized beds, plus a large sofa that can be converted to an additional bed. We also have "put up" airbeds if needed.
The lower level can be a hospitality suite. It has a private entrance, 1 bedroom, full bathroom, separate washer/dryer, living area with pool table and large screen TV.

Neighbourhood
Magnolia is one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Seattle. Only a 10-minute drive to downtown and/or the waterfront, yet it's tranquil, safe, and very walkable. There are so many wonderful walks with VIEWS of the city and/or Puget Sound!
We are one mile to Discovery Park, a huge nature park with a beach, a lighthouse, a playground, pickleball courts, and miles of hiking. Several other smaller parks in the neighborhood too, as well as an off-leash dog park.
From June-October there's a great Farmer's Market on Saturdays. Great produce, cheeses, baked goods, salmon, etc.

We are 2 blocks to the nearest bus stop.
