A coastal retreat for the whole family. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by the best beaches in Auckland with amenities for the whole family to enjoy. This spacious family home has something for every family member to enjoy. From the pool, spa, sauna, trampoline, basketball hoop, playground and gardens to the playroom with toys and games for all ages, covered outdoor entertaining area, fire pit, bbq and so much more. Enjoy the amazing indoor outdoor flow with the large living area with bifold doors which opens up to a louvre covered deck with built in seating to lounge on or enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table or built in BBQ space with drinks fridge to keep your drinks cold and handy for your stay. after a day in the pool you can toast some marshmallows under the festoon lights at the fire pit. The bright, spacious kitchen is made for entertaining that opens up into a dining area and lounge where you can sit back and watch the TV. There is a second lounge/playroom where the family can enjoy playing with the toys, playstation or watch a movie. The Large couch can also be arranged as another sleeping area. Enjoy the solar heated pool and spa pool in the private backyard surrounded by trees or enjoy the 2 person infrared sauna to end your day off before diving into the pool to cool down. There is a sleep out situated within the gardens for a peaceful additional sleeping space, cross over the bridge next to it, check for eels in the stream and find a trampoline, treehut with slide and climbing frame for the kids to enjoy. The master bedroom overlooks the pool and gardens with its own private ensuite and make up station. The large double bunk room is designed for kids to enjoy. Easily sleeping 4 with plenty of space to play and books and toys to be enjoyed. There is a full size basketball system to enjoy in the driveway.
