General overview
Our open floor plan home is in a GREAT LOCATION, minutes to Tampa International Airport, and easy access to both sides of Tampa Bay and beautiful beaches!
Less than 2 hours to Walt Disney World and Universal Studios!
The space
We have large separate formal living room and family room, both with expansive floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that are flooded with natural light, that seamlessly connect the indoors to the outdoors. Our outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and entertaining, with a sparkling pool and spa, lush greenery, and ample seating areas to sit in the shade, soak up the sun or enjoy a starry night from our boat dock. We have an outdoor built in grill area.
The entire home has been remodeled. You will have 3 bedrooms in our 4 bedroom home.
The primary bedroom has a King bed and a beautifully remodeled soaking tub, walk in shower and double vanity sinks. 55" smart TV.
The other 2 bedrooms have Queen beds and share a remodeled full bath with tub and separate double vanity for privacy and sharing.
The kitchen and family room share an open floor plan. We have a 70" Smart TV with a sound bar for family movie nights! Motorized black out shades are on all of the sliding glass doors to the pool area for your privacy. The kitchen has a 6 burner gas stove and 2 full sized refrigerators so you can cook to your hearts content!
High speed internet and multiple access points for excellent connectivity throughout the house.
We have regular and reliable cleaning company that will access our home after your departure for a Cleaning Fee of $200
Guest access
You will have use of 3 bedrooms, including the Primary bedroom and bathroom. One bedroom and an office will remain private.
We will consider a reciprocal car swap as well.

The community allows for easy ocean access with no fixed bridges and our home has a private dock with a boat lift.

Getting around
You will need a car. There are so many shops, restaurants, grocery stores all around us! The Tampa Bay area has everything you could possibly need within easy driving distance. This is a FOODIE Haven!

Tim and I are empty nesters with a big house in a great area! Our 19 year old daughter (Grace) is in college. Depending on the school schedule, we may travel as a couple or with her. We would love to have another couple join us, if space and schedules would allow.
I have been to the seven continents and my husband and daughter still need Antarctica! Our family loves to travel so we are open to the whole world. She is studying Mandarin and spent 8 weeks in Beijing this summer. We need to find some great places to visit so that she will still want to hang out with us!!!
