General overview

My home is situated 30 mins from Houston City and 1 hour 30 mins from Galveston Beach. We are next to a beautiful Lake and have a large balcony off the Primary Bedroom where you can sit and enjoy the peaceful views. You can walk to the coffee shop, CVS, restaurants & shops as well as the community pools (available during Summer months) and the gym. We have a Boathouse where you can take out kayaks and peddle boats during the Summer or you can take your own Paddleboard out year round. My home has 2 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom, with a large flex space/ play room, and large family area with living space, dining space & kitchen area with large island / breakfast area. The home is light and bright and all painted white. We have custom blinds throughout for privacy and you may use the golf cart & bikes in the garage to get around the neighborhood, should you wish to.
