General Overview

My home is located on the Byron bay golf course with incredible views over the course, to the lighthouse and ocean. The lower level has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, lounge/living area with smart tv, garage and laundry. Upstairs has the kitchen, dining, living area with smart tv, deck with incredible views. The main bedroom with ensuite is also upstairs plus an additional toilet/powder room. Depending on the swap we would ideally lock 1 or 2 bedrooms with belongings. We have a private swimming pool and are approx 100m from the golf course club house/bowerbird restaurant and are atop a private driveway with lovely neighbours on one side and the golf course on the other. Available for min 2 weeks swaps only

Notes

We have 2 small hypoallergenic “oodle” dogs so would be open to caring for your pets if you are willing to care for ours, alternately, we can arrange other care for them. Also open to exchanging cars if it is viable.

Neighbourhood

Our Neighbourhood is very family friendly with a children’s park, Skateboard park, pump track and the amazing Baz and shaz convenience store all within a kilometre away. Closest beach access is 1-2km. Centre of Byron bay is approx 4km away.

Getting to my home

If you fly in to the Ballina, Gold Coast or brisbane airport there are door to door airport shuttles or if we are exchanging cars and flying in/out of the same airport my car will be at the airport for you.

Carly

We are an Australian couple who usually travel with one or 2 high school aged children. We also have older young adult children who may sometimes join. We are in the tourism industry and love to travel and experience new places, foods, cultures - fortunately we have the ability to work remotely so just need reliable wifi and prefer longer swaps. We are an active family and love adventure and exploring. We are happy, friendly & respectful people and will take care of your place like our own. We have 2 small hypoallergenic dogs (cavoodle and a Moodle) so would be open to exchange care of pets or we can arrange for them to be cared for elsewhere. Neither of us smoke and our home is non smoking.
