The local famous La Mata sandy beach, known as "Spanish Florida", is approximately 2.8 km long. The beach is surrounded by sand dunes and a promenade.
Near the apartment there are two parks, one with swings and slides for children, the other with water fountains. The Torrevieja area has a world-unique microclimate that creates 2 saltwater lagoons. A stay here is ideal for people with breathing problems. The water from the lagoon then cures psoriasis, rheumatism and eczema, similar to the Black Sea.
