General Overview

Our beloved 'A-listed' family home is a delightful mix of elegant Georgian architecture & textural, eclectic interior. Our flat is right in the city centre (Princes Street & The National Gallery are at the end of our road and we are a short walk from the castle) so perfect for those who want to explore the sights knowing there's somewhere airy & comfortable to come back to unwind.

The Space

We are on the second floor and as it’s such an old building there is no lift. We have three large bedrooms, a huge living room and a kitchen. In the largest bedroom we have a double bed and a single bed.

Notes

Can be a bit noisy at the weekend at night as we are close to pubs/restaurants etc. We do however have double and secondary glazing which helps.

We are a Scottish family of three living in our beloved home bang in the centre of Edinburgh. We have a very fun 2 year old and hoping to take her on some adventures! I am creative and Matt is practical so we make an excellent team when it comes to renovating our flat which had been neglected by the previous owners. I have a background in Architecture but now taking a break from that to raise our family and to have a go at being a children’s book author and illustrator! Matt is studying to be a therapist on top of his day job so we are pretty busy but would like to start travelling a bit more!
