General overview
Immersed in the green heart of Umbria, the house is surrounded by nature. Traveling just 1 km you find yourself in the ancient historic center of beautiful Amelia where all services are available. Excellent location for those who love calm and tranquility but also the entertainment of a small, lively city.
The space
Our house is located just one kilometer out of the small town of Amelia and is accessible with an unpaved "white" road.
The main living part of the house is on the first flour, with a wonderful view from the terrace and the balcony.
We have two rooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with two single beds. Two bathrooms.
The main room is the kitchen opened on the dining and living room.
Guest access
The accomodation is accessible with 1 stair.
Notes
You will have the company of our very friendly dog (maremma sheperd) whose name is Kora and 2 cats to care about during your stay in our house.

There are a lot of touristic points of interest all around Amelia and its region such as Marmore waterfalls, the thermal baths of Viterbo or Orte and many charming medieval towns like Spoleto, Assisi, Orvieto...

Getting around
You can either walk, bike or drive to the very close center town where you can basically find anything you need, go the bars or restaurants.
