General Overview

Our home is a modern 3 level townhouse in a very well kept condominium with a shared pool. All 3 bedrooms are en-suite and have terraces or balconies. We have a large lounge/diner and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a downstairs w/c. We also have a small garden with a built in bbq, outside dining and sunbeds. There are 2 restaurants within a couple of minutes walk and it’s a 15 min walk to the seafront with a boardwalk with cafes, bars, restaurants. There is a supermarket near the front as well as one 10 mins in the other direction. The beautiful beach is on the protected Ria Formosa and reached by a 5 min boat ride - boats run regularly and it’s 1.50e return. The train station is 5 mins walk and Tavira, a beautiful historic town is 5 mins on the train. Tavira has larger supermarkets, shops and lots of very good restaurants. Faro is 35 mins by train. Spain can be reached my car in the other direction. There are 5 golf courses within 20 mins drive, the nearest being 5 mins away. The area is great for walking and cycling.
