Neighbourhood

The McKellar Park neighbourhood is much sought after for its large treed lots, walkable streets, neighbourly feel, and access to parks, shops and restaurants along nearby Richmond Road and Carling Avenue. The neighbourhood is easily accessible via public transportation and is well connected to the local pathway network to destinations like downtown, the canal, Dow's Lake and the Experimental Farm. The pathway along the Ottawa river is a popular walking and cycling path in the summer and features free groomed cross country ski trails in the winter. If you are looking for more nature, Gatineau Park is within biking or car-ride distance.

Ottawa International Airport (YOW) is the closest airport and is about a 20 minute drive by taxi, Uber or car. Soon to be directly accessible via LRT!

Getting Around

We are located in walking distance to popular Westboro neighbourhood with restaurants and shopping, Carlingwood Mall, Dovercourt Recreation Centre, the public library, westboro Beach and the Ottawa River. We are 20 minutes to downtown by direct bus, with a stop minute from front door. Short walk to 3 neighbourhood parks and Ottawa River walking, cycling and cross country ski pathways.
