General Overview

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom very spacious, elevator building. 10 minutes walking distance to the subway, bus stop is 100 feet away, city ferry 5 mins walk (great and cheap way to explore NY neighborhoods) also very walkable. 1200 sq ft (approx 110 m2) In summer you can observe float planes lifting up and landing on the water. The apartment is above a busy road, but we hardly notice the white noise, especially during summer times with A/C on.

Notes

Washer/drier are in the basement, we will leave the laundry card. We ask guests to clean bathrooms, kitchen, vacuum the floors and wash the sheets before they leave. Alternatively, we have a cleaning person who charges $200 and we can arrange the cleaning after you leave.
