General overview
2 bedroom, 2 bathroom very spacious, elevator building. 10 minutes walking distance to the subway, bus stop is 100 feet away, city ferry 5 mins walk (great and cheap way to explore NY neighborhoods) also very walkable. 1200 sq ft (approx 110 m2) In summer you can observe float planes lifting up and landing on the water. The apartment is above a busy road, but we hardly notice the white noise, especially during summer times with A/C on.

Usually only 2 of us travel as our kids are almost or grown up, but sometimes one or two might come along.
We live in Manhattan East side overlooking Brooklyn and Queens.
We never exchanged before and would love to try for the first time this August.
