General Overview

We live at Karrinyup which is in the northern suburbs of Perth. Our home is a new home that was completed during 2012. We are within walking distance of a major shopping centre and buses that link to the train service. Trigg Beach, a popular surfing beach is five minutes from our home and we also have close access to a safe swimming beach and a public golf course. We have done twenty four exchanges on another exchange site. We are keen to travel Australia and the world as we both love travelling and meeting interesting people from many different cultures.

The Space

It is a two storey home with the main bedroom and ensuite upstairs and two bedrooms with bathroom downstairs. The garden is small, fully reticulated and easy to care for. Our home has a queen size bed in each bedroom so it is more suitable for adults rather than children. There is also a double sofa bed in the upstairs living room.

Two storey with two bedrooms and bathroom downstairs and one bedroom with bathroom upstairs. The living area is downstairs.

Notes

It is modern and very comfortable to live in. It is five minutes to great beaches. It has a lovely outdoor area.
