General overview

My apartment is perfectly located in Berlin Kreuzberg. Close to all the nicest restaurants and bars from Berlin.. You step out of the apartment and 20m next to it you have the canal where you can have a nice long walk and watch the swans passing by. During the summer weekends there are nice classical musicians playing beautiful music which you will hear during the day. I love the saxophonist :) 
the apartment is 75qm big . ideal for couples, it comes fully furnished and equipment. washing machine, dryer , air fryer, blender, whatever you need for your stay / its there !
feel free like its your own home - be respectful with my neighbours :)

no pets / no partys 

the apartment has 1 bedroom which opens up to the balcony
there is also the main living room which also goes up to the balcony from another door

its sunny and airy , has a great minimalistic approach and its full of plants :)
so please take care of them aswell and give them a little shower like you do for yourself
