It’s a sunny 10th floor with great open views to the city of Barcelona. The apartment has been recently re-stored and has a clean and modern look with a minimalist style. 3 bedrooms, 1 toilet and an 8sqm sunny terrace and portable A/C. It's located in a residential area with outdoors private community spaces (perfect for childs)
The location is unique: a mid-class residential neighborhood of locals, non-touristic, with key connections (Sants train station) to important spots (by train: 7min to Plaça Catalunya, 2km from Camp Nou, 20min away from the outskirts of Barcelona and nice beaches)
In front of our house you will find a gym with indoor swimming pool (membership)

Mónica & Pol
We're a late 30’s marriage with a young baby girl. We're from Barcelona and we love traveling and meeting other cultures.
Mónica works as a marketing consultant in a large consulting firm, and Pol as an account manager in a new technologies company. We love hiking, and good cuisine.
