Our house dates from 1939 and has been renovated and furnished into a modern and comfortable home for 4 adults and 2 children.

A small supermarket is a 2-minute walk away. Grootbos is a 5-minute walk away. Two large supermarkets, butcher, bakery, etc. are a 5-minute drive away. Another shopping street with cafes and nice boutiques is also a 5-minute drive away. The city center is a 5-minute drive away. Everything in the city of Hilversum can be easily reached by bike within 15 minutes. There is a large, beautiful lake 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bike. The city of Amsterdam is 25 km away and Utrecht is 15 km away (both worth a visit!). There are several heathland nature reserves in the area

Ilonka

Hi there! We are Ilonka and Jurriën! We are an adventurous couple from the Netherlands. We have two lovely daughters of 2 and 5 years old. Ilonka is a veterinarian and Jurriën sales manager. Our hobbies are skiing, crossfit, climbing and traveling! We live in the city of Hilversum in the Netherlands. We don't have any exchange experience yet, but we have rented out our apartment in Amsterdam many times through Airbnb before we had children. We would love to reopen our beautiful home!
