Located in the Appio Latino district, immersed in a vibrant local atmosphere, full of bars, restaurants, shops and a 15-minute walk from the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano and a 10-minute walk from the Caffarella Park, in the heart of the Appia Antica. Metro A, the main line that crosses Rome, allows you to reach the city center, such as Piazza di Spagna, in 20 minutes.

Getting to my home

The apartment is well connected thanks to the subway line A under the house and the nearby Tuscolana train station, with which you can reach Trastevere station in two stops.

Nearest airport

The closest airport is Ciampino, served by the Ryanair company, Fiumicino airport Leonardo da Vinci, is also easily reachable by train at the Tuscolana station, 1 km away.

Getting around

Nearby there is the local market open every morning, various supermarkets, bars where you can have breakfast or have an aperitif, restaurants and shops. Across the street a shopping center with Decathlon

Pietro

We are a family of three: Pietro, Marta, and our 6 months daughter Valentina. We both work in tourism in Villasimius (south Sardinia) and we like to travel during our low season( from November to April). We also have a farm and we produce extra virgin olive oil and wine. We like to visit warm countries during the winter, but for a while as we have a daughter of 6 months we tend to travel in Europe at least until she turns one year. We can be also interested in Italy weekend exchange like Venice, Florence, Naples, Sicily or Puglia o long weekend in Europe. Most of times we travel alone but sometime a couple of friends or grandparents can join us.
