General Overview

The apartment is located in a strategic position that allows you to reach the most interesting tourist places in the city both on foot and by public transport. In 15 minutes on foot you can reach the Basilica of S.Giovanni in Laterano, Metro Line A, under the house.

The Space

The apartment consists of an open plan living room, a kitchen and a dining room. There are two bedrooms, one double and one single (with a French room, 140x190) and a bathroom.

Guest Access

The guest will be able to access through a remote opening system of the door on the street (we will send the opening code by email, once they arrive in front of the door they will have to type the code via mobile phone). Once inside, the apartment is located on the 7th floor with elevator, they will find the keys to the apartment in a safe with code located outside the door.

We ask for a contribution of 35 euros for cleaning

Located in the Appio Latino district, immersed in a lively local atmosphere, full of bars, restaurants, shops and a 15-minute walk from the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano and a 10-minute walk from the Caffarella Park, in the heart of the Appia Antica. Metro A, the main line that runs through Rome, allows you to reach the city center, such as the Spanish Steps, in 20 minutes.

Getting to my home

The apartment is well connected thanks to the metro line A under the house and the nearby Tuscolana railway station, with which you can reach the Trastevere station in two stops.

Nearest airport

The nearest airport is Ciampino, served by the Ryanair company, the Leonardo da Vinci airport in Fiumicino, is also easily accessible by train at Tuscolana station, 1 km away.

Getting Around

Nearby there is the local market open every morning, various supermarkets, bars where you can have breakfast or an aperitif, restaurants and shops. Across the street a shopping mall with Decathlon
