We also have a cast iron bath tucked away in the garden to enjoy a soak, along with golf clubs, bikes and kayaks available. We have 1 easy going cat and you are welcome to gather fresh eggs from our chicken house at the bottom of the garden.
The space
Modern family home built in 2023 set on 2 acres with a native bush outlook and a river boundary. Rural setting but only 5 minutes drive to the Kerikeri town center. The master bedroom and ensuite have sweeping views over the back yard and down to the bush, while bedroom 2 and 3 have French doors opening out onto the sheltered courtyard. The fourth bedroom is semi-detached from the main house with its own separate patio area. This home has great outdoor entertaining areas and ample space outside, the courtyard provides shelter and privacy to enjoy the Northland sun. We also have zone controlled ducted air conditioning so is comfortable all year round.

5 minutes drive to Kerikeri town center, you will find restaurants and farmers markets, a great golf course and much more.
20 minutes drive to Paihia, the gateway to the Bay of Islands which are asily accessible by charter boat, explore some of the amazing hiking tracks over the islands, or relax on one of the 144 beaches. Be sure to visit Otehei Bay as they have a great little pub with kayak and snorkel hire. Paihia is a small coastal fishing town with great restaurants and only a short ferry over to Russell which is rich with history and culture. You will also find the Waitangi Mountain Bike Park, and Golf Course.
5 minutes drive... Visit the Stone Store basin (the oldest building in NZ) you can take a tour through the Stone building and will also find a replicated Maori village which is a must see. There is also a local craft brewery and eatery the 'Ploug and Feather'
30 minutes drive to Matauri Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!
