General Overview

Family friendly home 5 kilometers from city center. You can stay in our home, relax in the sunny garden and explore the city on your own time. Our home is a 20 minutes bus ride away from most tourist attractions in Copenhagen city. We have 2 adult bikes and a bike-trailer that you are welcome to use. Tivoli is only 6 kilometers/20 minutes bike away. Amager beach is only 2 kilometers away. The blue planet (a big aquarium) is also located there. Our garden is sunny all day and we have a wilderness bath. We have two small kids and our house is perfect for families traveling with kids. It is filled with toys, trampolin, play house and much more. We also have a small gym in the shed in the garden if you like to work out while on vacation. It has a barbell, squat rack and kettlebells.

The Space

The house has two floors. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, utility room (with washer and dryer), living room, bathroom and office. The office can be used as a 4th bedroom. Our girls love being creative, so the office is packed with art supplies, that you are welcome to use. On the 1st floor we have 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom sleeps two people. Our house sleeps up to 8 people. Bedrooms: 1: Master Bedroom with 180 bed 2: Kids room with 2 beds size 70x160 3: Guest room with sofabed size 135x194 4: madras on floor in office 140x200 (it is a really comfortable madras that we sleep on ourselves when we have guests over)

Neighbourhood

Copenhagen is (in my humble opinion) one of the best cities. it is packed with fun playgrounds, great cafees and restaurants. In the summer you can swim in the channels from many different locations. There is also a free outdoor pool by the channels for both adults and kids called "Islands Brygge havnebad". You can visit Tivoli and experience the fireworks every night during summertime.

Getting to my home

You can fly to Copenhagen and then take the bus straight to my home (you will only have to walk for 5 minutes). It is also possible to take the train to Denmark and then take a bus from the central station. If you drive to our house then you can park in our driveway.

Getting Around

There are busses to city center 5 minutes walk away. The metro is also within walking distance. We can provide 2 bikes and a bike-trailer for small kids during your stay.
