Our cozy home has 3 bedrooms, one bedroom is an office, one is a kid's room and the third is the primary bedroom w/ king size bed and small bathroom attached. The office bedroom fits a queen size bed that can be setup upon request. The living room sofa is comfortable (not a pull out bed) and can be used to sleep on as well.

-Walking distance to Atlantic Ave with shops and restaurants -Located on a Jacaranda lined-street that blooms in late Spring -Spacious sidewalks for neighborhood walks -Quiet and peaceful neighborhood (it is on the flight path, so occasional flight noise).
