General overview

Our apartment is located in a very popular neighbourhood Trstenik, only 2 km from the city center and Diocletian´s palace. The apartment offers all the amenities and comfort you may need to enjoy a very pleasant stay in beautiful sunny Split. It is a 10-minute walk to Trstenik Beach & 15 min walk to Znjan Beach. Step outside the buidling and enjoy many cool coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and the local fruit/veg market that is open daily until 2 pm. All facilities are next to the building (hair and nail salons, beauty clinic...) The most beautiful Split beaches are 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

The space

This stylish 65m2 one bedroom apartment is spacious and bright, located on the 7th floor of a building with two elevators, just above Radisson Blu resort. Beautiful sea view. Large bedroom with a queen size bed + single bed and a terrace. The living room is very bright with large windows and a beautiful sea view. Beautiful organic bed linen and towels. Kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso coffee machine + coffee + tea selection , dishwasher). Bathroom with walk in shower (soap, shower gel, washing machine tabs) Terrace with a lounge and amazing sea view. The apartment includes air conditioning, wireless internet, Netflix, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen equipment. It has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) + 1 single bed (90x200).

Notes

Our apartment is rented in summer time as airbnb and it is fully equipped as such. At the moment we have rate 5.0 :-) You will enjoy all the amenities as our airbnb guest; coffee and tea, few types of sugar, organic olive oil, aceto, washing machine and dish washer tabs, high quality organic bed linen and towels (4 clean towels per person), soap, shower gel etc. As the owner of a small boutique travel agency in Split and as a very passionate foodie, I created my personal "Guide to Split and its surroundings" with my favorite restaurants, cafes, shops, hidden beaches and ideas for what to do in and outside the city. I can organise any type of transfer, private trips for a special prices and offer you a discount on sea trips with our agency. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside. Of course, you can smoke on the terrace. We can only accept stays of 7+ days. Unfortunately, we can not accept short stays. Please note that the cleaning fee is €70 for GP exchanges which we pay to our cleaner and laundry service. Therefor is our apartment spotlessly clean. Please be so kind as to submit your request only on available dates, thank you.

Neighbourhood

Our neighbourhood is very cool. Step outside the building and enjoy many cool coffee bars, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and the local fruit/veg market that is open daily until 2 pm. All facilities are next to the building (many shops, bakeries, supermarkets, bio store, pharmacy, cool cafes and restaurants, parks, hair and nail salons, beauty clinics...) Public parking is free and available all around the building. The most beautiful Split beaches are 10-20 walking minutes from the apartment.

Getting around

The center is well connected by bus lines (5 bus stops - 10 minute ride). Bus stop is just in front of the building. There is also a Next Bike Station right in front of the building door, an excellent city service where you can rent an e-bike for 13.27 Euro/week or 1.33 Euro/30min ride. You have all the details in our city guide. If you would like to walk to the city you will need approx. 40 minutes by the sea or 30 minutes through the city.

Dragan and I are lucky enough to live in one of the most beautiful cit in the world! We are both very relaxed and positive people who enjoy traveling, cooking, eating, hiking, and outdoor life in general, and just spending quality time with our family and friends. We enjoy places with charm, history, friendly people and fresh local food. I have a small agency in Croatia for accommodation & private tours.
