General Overview

We have sold our house. Just cruising around. Will post photos etc when we have our new home. Open to give a globe for accommodation, From Sunshine Coast to Coolangatta and further.including inland.

The Space

Our house is easy care open plan with all mod cons.All rooms have ceiling fans.4 BRs one being an office.We have 2 Queen bedrooms,1 ensuite, one single BR with 2 single beds., so sleeps 6. Family bathroom,with both shower and full size bath. BBQ, Outdoor area with setting..Lawn to play on.Gardener will mown the lawn.

Guest Access

No stairs.Flat one level, easy care garden to enjoy.

Notes

Hervey Bay has an airport with flights coming in from Brisbane... Also Fraser Island ,World Heritage listed, the largest sand island in the world, and so worth a visit. Most water sports with motors ,are for hire, as well as bikes and scooters, & boats. Bigger boat fishing trips,are available, as is day trips to Fraser Island..

Neighbourhood

Our neighborhood is quite and friendly.When it is High tide at night you can hear the sea .Kangaroos enjoy our lawn at times..There is a large area of old trees and plants that was once a bird sanctuary,just across the road in front of us.Enjoy the walk thru, see a bush turkey, birds ,on your way to the beach.Oh so close. Many pretty birds (lorikeets) singing flying by thru out the day.

It is good to have a car, although buses are OK, but not so regular.Many hire car agency. Or neg. a car exchange with us.
