Seabreeze amusement park!) NEARBY: Genesee Country museum, Darien Lake 6 flags, Beautiful finger lakes region with lovely wineries, hiking and boating. Rochester is between Buffalo and Syracuse NY and is full of rich history to explore!

The Space

Backyard has trail to everwild paved walking trails and woods. Don Hershey designed in 1969, great example of true midcentury modern architecture (the house is actually in textbooks!) . Huge gorgeous great room, baby grand piano and gas fireplace - wonderful "ski lodge feeling". Amazing accoustics! Full chefs kitchen. VERY private backyard- far from neighbors. Hot tub. 5 bedrooms including downstairs library/ office with pull out queen sleeper (also gas fireplace.) Master with lovely soaking tub. Private yard with rustic fire pit (feels like camping!) House has luxury feel.

Guest Access

First floor and second floor access- with large driveway area for 4-5 cars. 1 flight of stairs to chefs kitchen area and 3 main bedrooms. Sleeps up to 8!. 2 gas fireplaces. Feels like a ski lodge in winter- gorgeous tree views through huge windows.

Notes

The house is giant. It will feel very private and set back from the road in a nice neighborhood But there are modern conveniences right around the corner.

2 Health care professionals with 2 great kids 11 and 15 years old. Also 2 (optional) adorable lab retrievers. With our daughter looking at colleges, and loving theater, we love to travel to NYC and Boston area frequently. Usually without dogs. But US or Canada ( and close surrounding states) dog friendly waterfront homes would be a dream come true.
