Two cats to take care of!

The balcony is located facing the Monts du Lyonnais. The view is breathtaking!

The co-ownership is a haven of greenery a stone's throw from the center of Lyon and high up on the Fourvière hill. The view from the bedrooms and the kitchen overlooks the forest. We are surrounded by greenery!

The two bedrooms and the kitchen overlook the forest, quiet and cool in summer. 

Located about fifteen minutes by bus from Perrache station and the historic center. 

Less than 10 minutes from Bellecour and Perrache train station by car. 

Our apartment is both comfortable and minimalist. That is to say that you feel good there, that you can read or watch a film while sitting comfortably. The decoration is made up of salvaged objects and what we have invested in as we move. 

Our crossing apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator. The living room and the balcony face West and the two bedrooms and the kitchen face East. 

There is a magnificent private castle in the middle of the condominium.

The calm, the view of the Lyon mountains, the proximity of the countryside, well heated in winter. 7 Ha park in the residence with large and old trees. 

Possibility of parking in the residence. 

2 very cuddly cats to look after.

We moved in recently. We still have a few renovations to finalize even though it is completely pleasant and livable now.

Collective underfloor heating. 21 degrees Celsius without heating in October because the apartment is well insulated. Around 20 degrees Celsius at the moment. 

We are located in the large residence between the Menival Center and Boyer bus stops (Tassin side).

Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Not accessible for people with reduced mobility. 

Very comfortable, thick, memory foam 160x200 mattress. Two single quilts. 

Single mattress 90x190 in the child's bedroom. 1 single duvet. 

Extra bed for a child: Possibility of adding the floor mat (thick foam) for an additional child. 

Sheets and towels available. (used only by guests) 

The office will be closed because we are storing our belongings to free up the cupboards for you. Or in hospitality we will sleep there.

In our son's room, there is a small games table that plays table football, billiards, ping-pong, hockey, football and basketball. Very nice to play with children.
