Our neighborhood is a safe, family-friendly area within walking distance of a playground, hiking trail, restaurants, grocery stores, and a movie theater. We are about a mile from the University of Florida.

Nearest airport

Gainesville GNV regional airport is in town and connects to Atlanta, Charlotte, and Miami. We are 2 hours away from international airports like Orlando MCO and Tampa TPA.

Getting around

We are within walking distance of a playground, hiking trail, restaurants, grocery stores, and a movie theater. You do not need a car if you're looking for a low key, relaxing stay to escape the cold. There is public transportation that will take you to the university. To best explore all that Gainesville has to offer and day trip options like the beach and Disney World, we would suggest having access to a vehicle.

We are a family of 3 based out of sunny Gainesville, Florida. I work as a marketer for a tech company, my husband is an attorney, and our son spends his days playing with friends at preschool 😊 We are new to home exchanging but have 50+ positive reviews on Airbnb from hosts around the world.
