Nick

Hi there I am a family of 3 living in Melbourne. We have a special house among the hills close to the CBD but with a country feel. Warrandyte is an old mining settlement, where the first gold in Victoria was discovered. Warrandyte State Park, which surrounds the house is the nearest state park to Melbourne's CBD. Great place for nature lovers. It's extremely close to the river with several excellent swimming spots. Platypus, kangaroos, wombats and many varieties of bird are at your doorstep. The house is 3 bedroom with a study. Ducted heating and air conditioning throughout the house. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and the bus which will take you into the CBD.
