Hello, we are Kristina and Ben (and baby Mona who just arrived in April 2024) - we have both been living in Berlin for over 15 years and have a lovely home on the boarder of Neukölln and Alt Treptow - just on the canal. Within a 10 -15 minute walk you can be close to Treptower Park or, in the other direction, the bustling streets of Neukölln (e.g. Weserstrasse, Sonnenallee and Hermannplatz). We live on the ground floor of a newly built apartment blocks and have a lovely terrace to relax on with lots of sun from the early morning to 2/3pm.
Having just had baby Mona we are particularly looking for opportunities to exchange our apartment with someone so we can spend some time out of the city and discover a new city (or countryside!).
