General Overview

Our home and adjoined cottage can easily sleep 13 people and is set in 2.5 acres of landscaped gardens. Our main house, Whitestone Homestead consists of: - Four bedrooms (one super-king, two doubles and one king single with trundler) - upstairs - One en-suite and one family bathroom - upstairs - Large kitchen / diner - Large pool room with sofa and TV - Large lounge with large TV and wine racks (wine not included :)) - Additional (worldly!) downstairs toilet - Separate laundry Adjoined to our home we also have a self contained cottage, The Annexe which consists of: - Two bedrooms (one king and two king singles, plus trundler bed for 5th guest) - One bathroom. - Open plan lounge, kitchen/diner In the grounds surrounding our home, there is: - Large lawn area - A hard surface tennis court - Two garages - A luxurious spa pool (lots of jets, coloured lights and bluetooth speakers) - Large decks for outdoor entertaining space - A separate office (if required) - Veranda wraps around the Homestead. - Veggie patch - Fruit and nut trees Jointly, the Homestead and the Annexe are around 500sqm (5300sq feet). We love our home as it is so flexible and centrally located for access to many South Island adventures! We own a 4WD, 7-seater vehicle that could be swapped along with our home. We also have our cat, Gizmo (b. Dec 2022) who we would like our guests to look after whilst we are away but can re-home him for non-cat people. Please note that we prefer to swap reciprocally - we also can’t swap (generally) during the NZ snow season (June - October) - but happy to consider swapping The Annexe non-reciprocally during this time.

Debs

We are a family of 4 (two adult 'children'), and generally travel as a 2 or 3. We prefer simultaneous swaps and generally unable to swap in NZ Winter. Our home in Methven, Canterbury is perfect for exploring the rest of the South Island and we have a vehicle to swap too. We are experienced exchangers (through another platform).
