General overview

Stavrianna farm house is a fantastic place among citrus trees and olive orchards,vineyards and mulberry trees All year round is green and you can reach the beach within 15 minutes walk Two hours drive from Athens airport There is train from airport to DIAKOPTO village

The space

Stavrianna farm is 5.500 sq meters and the house has two stories, BBQ area with wooden oven , huge parking area covered by mulberry trees, big warehouse and garage and also big stable and chickens house The farm is totally organic, never used pesticides, only manure from lambs, chickens, horses for fertilising the rich soil There is great production all year around from seasonal fruits Oranges, mandarins, grapefruit, lemons , persimmons , pomegranates, figs, grapes ,melons, watermelons apples, avocados,prunes pears, and more Also seasonal vegetables like cabbage, spinach,lettuces, broccoli,cauliflower tomatoes pumpkins,peppers,zucchini potatoes, onions and more Every day there are eggs from my lovely hens to your disposal All fruits and vegetables are given complimentary to the guests and visitors of Stavrianna farm If you like to participate at every day activities of the farm you are very welcome to do it If you are pet lover , here is the ideal place to stay 6 fluffy kittens and two adorable dogs are always asking to hug them and petting them The apartment is secondary residence and usually is booked by Airbnb guests It is 60 sq meters with two bedrooms and full bathroom, full kitchen with sitting area and outdoor patio with wooden table and 4 director chairs The whole farm is fenced and very secure There are very well maintained rose garden and a lot of bushes . Ideal place for you that you want to make serene vacation in an all year round full green environment Ideal for Digital Nomads , for writers for vegetarian and alternative lifestyle people

Stavrianna farm farm is located at Zahloritika tiny village that has a mini market , and a coffee shop/taverna Diakofto is a nearby by little town (2.klm) where there are groceries, super market, fish market, fruit markets , pharmacies, doctors office, dentist, bakeries, restaurants, bookstores , train station ( train comes from Athens airport) sweatshops ,taverns and more

Getting to my home

If you are arriving at Athens airport, there is train station from where you can catch the train to Kiato /Diakopto About three hours ride to Diakopto

You can use my car to getting around to the beach or to nearby places and archeological sites Olympia, Delphi, Corinthos, Epidaurus , Nemea are one day trips
