What you will love about this home Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom family home. It features a spacious master bedroom and walk-in closet with an ensuite shower room, a cozy second bedroom, bathroom, and a third bedroom perfect for children or additional guests. Enjoy the inviting living room, modern kitchen, and extended dining area in the beautiful conservatory. The large garden is ideal for outdoor dining, relaxation and exploring. Our home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, laundry facilities, and ample parking. We don't have pets but your well-behaved pets are welcome. What you will love about this neighborhood Our home is nestled on a safe cul-de-sac in a serene neighborhood, offering a peaceful retreat while being conveniently close (walking distance) to local shops, restaurants, beaches, and attractions (cinema, bowling alley, bounce park, soft play, etc.). The house backs onto a local park with playground and sports facilities. Public transportation is easily accessible, making it easy to explore the surrounding area of Thanet (Broadstairs, Margate, Ramsgate, Birchington-on-Sea, St Peters, etc. - several blue flag beaches). Enjoy the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience during your stay. Additional information We still need to add a few photos of the rooms and are open to potential dates in 2025 too... We have a cleaning fee to ensure a high standard of cleanliness for you. We have a 50-inch TV and gaming consoles. There are lots of books, LEGO and toys for various ages. We have a shed with storage space, if needed. The garden area is very large and includes a playhouse with slides, soccer/football goal, balls, clothesline, etc. Depending on the time of year, there are fruits (e.g. cherries, plums, figs) and spices (e.g. mint, fennel, curry plant, bay leaves, etc.) growing. We have a crib/bed that can be assembled if necessary. We also have a queen-sized air mattress.
