Hi there! My home is a newly remodeled sky condo in the best location in Brickell, Miami. Everything is brand-new and you can bring your suitcase. The home has an amazing 27-foot balcony that is fully furnished. The building has a concierge and full amenities. Walk to all. We also have a free parking space. Fast WiFi, Smartlock, free Netflix! Rooftop pool and gym.

The Space

The space is open and large, with one bedroom and one bathroom. We are up on the 32nd floor, so you are looking out at the water and sky and city. The balcony is 27 feet long and is fully furnished for your enjoyment.

Guest Access

Guest access is controlled by a key fob and by the concierge downstairs, so the property is very safe and secure. Elevator access to all floors. The apartment door has a smart lock and it opens with your cell phone.

Everything is walking distance! We are in the best location in Miami and right on the water. If you choose to rent a car, we have a free parking space for you. We are walking distance to the Metro Movers station. Miami also has a new Brightline train that takes you to Orlando in three hours for Disney World
