General overview
~700 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment in a condominium close to the city, shopping and business districts, and Chinatown. Vibrant restaurants, cafes vibe. A short stroll to the Singapore river. Easy access to public transport including ride hailing, MRT, and buses.
The space
This home is quite private and has a relaxed vibe. It's open and airy, with a wide balcony. It's lovely to work from home and look out at the leafy green trees.
Condo dwelling, 25m pool, and a basic gym.
Fully equipped home. High-speed internet, plus Apple TV/Prime/Netflix.
The condominum has a 25m pool, a gym, and outside entertaining areas including BBQs.
Guest access
2nd floor apartment (1 up from ground floor). Stairs, or lift access. You need a pass card and keys to get in.
Notes
I have an older cat that needs some care from guests. She's 13.5 years old and quite friendly. She eats canned fish twice a day (generally about 12 hours apart) and gets a tiny bit of ointment in her ears at the same time she eats. She sleeps most of the day and evening, rouses early and waits until you wake up.
I have a cleaner/housekeeper who comes every Monday late afternoon for 4 hours. She's been with me for 20 years and manages the apartment's upkeep and housekeeping.

As I have a cat, anyone that stays will need to cat sit too, please. It entails feeding her twice a day and putting ointment inside her ears when you feed her. She loves company and is quite friendly. She is 13 years old and sleeps most of the day and night.
My place is not available before mid-October 2024, but please feel free to message me about your plans. Even if my calendar doesn't show availability, I have quite a lot of flexibility as I can work remotely.
