General Overview

Our house has a total of 200m2 of living space. We make 170m2 available to our guests. The house was completely renovated in 2017 and has many amenities such as a ventilation system, underfloor heating on the ground floor, electric shutters, drinking water treatment, electric front door (arrival possible at any time as access is directly via a numerical code). Our house is equipped with easy-care real wood parquet and slate floors.

In addition, we have an infrared sauna with light therapy for up to 3 people and an outdoor sauna for a maximum of 4 people. We are currently enlarging our mini pool (see pictures) so that a real pool with 3m*4m*1.23m awaits them. 

On the ground floor there is a large living-dining room with an adjoining open kitchen. Next to the living room there is a teenager's room with a 1.4 m wide bed. 

From the living room, dining area and kitchen, you can easily access our terrace via large sliding doors. In general, the house has a lot of glass doors and windows and is flooded with light.

On the terrace there is a new plancha, a dining area for 6 people, a small lunge area and a swimming pool. 
Attention with very young children, the pool is not fenced. 

From here you can also access the garden with a separate outdoor sauna and a second seating area. The garden is separated, so dogs can also run freely. 

In the living room you will find a large TV with soundbar. TV is equipped with: Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney +, PS4 incl. VR glasses

The rooms have an Alexa. These are linked to an Amazon music-unlimited account. 

The dining table normally holds 6 people and can be used for 4 more people with additional plates.

Oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, kettle and fully automatic coffee machine, drinking water tap system in the fridge, ice maker, pasta maker ... and many other kitchen appliances

Large entrance area with cloakroom and access to a small shower room with toilet. 

In the basement there is a washing machine and a dryer (unfortunately our basement has not yet been renovated, please do not expect a nice laundry room, it is exclusively functional and does not invite you to linger).

On the 1st floor you will find a master bedroom (1.8m) with adjoining bathroom (tub + shower) and a small balcony. Furthermore, on the first floor you will find a children's room/teenager's room with bed (1.4*2m) and a separate play tile with pull-out bed (1.6m*2m). 

On request, a treadmill and a spinning wheel can be set up for them in one of the bedrooms. In the open area there is an infrared sauna with light therapy for up to 3 people (it is more comfortable if you use it alone). 
The other two rooms are our personal offices/dressing rooms and will not be made available by us and will be locked upon their arrival. 

Vehicles:
You can use a children's bike, a youth bike, a women's bike, a men's bike or an e-scooter (please ask here if necessary, we often take our bikes and/or scooter with us on holiday). On request and with a separate agreement (deposit) we can talk about the exchange with Minicar (Citroën Ami). 

Our cat is very friendly and used to guests as well as friendly dogs. Since he has his own door, he is very self-sufficient and does his business outside. 
He will be happy to be pampered by them with cuddles and cat food, but does not need any special care. With a filled bowl, he can manage on his own for 2-3 days. If you want to bring a dog, it is imperative that it is used to cats and does not threaten or hurt them. 

Our pearl Tanina takes care of our cleaning and can also support our guests if necessary and available.

Getting to my home

Access to the tram in just under 1 km.  This connects Sarregemünd with Saarbrücken (including a direct connection to the main train station).

Getting Around

A small shop, the bakery and a butcher are less than 500m away. Shopping area with Lidl, Aldi Rewe (on the German side) or in France Carrefour, Netto, Action .... on the French side about 3 km away. Saarbrücken or Sarreguemines can be reached by train or car in about 15 minutes.
